about ku band mixer

could anybody tell me which one diode or transistor that can use in ku band mixer.
i have no idea to serch it ,please help.

You can also use an FET to make a mixer at Ku band. This is common for DBS LNB. Device you can use, as an example, www.cel.com NE3210S01.
