how I transport Eagle Schematic and board

i am having problem with Cadsoft Eagle pcb designing tool
I cannot simply copy the schematic and board files to the other computer installed with Eagle
It opens in first trail but in next trail it won't open.

please suggest me the technique to solve this problem
 

i think its because of the license issue !

Are you using a legal version ?
