it is in djvu format

This is the wrong book (the second edition of Taflove/Hagness's
Computational Electrodynamics). I have never seen "Advances .."
in electronic format. It does contain some details not in the other book
but mostly the 2nd or 3rd edition of Computational Electrodynamics should
be good enough.
