hello all,

i have recently received the first tapeouts for an opamp.and i want to do measurements.

any good references on the suitable test setups?

yes you are right, allen has good measurement cct....opamps for everyone does not.
 

The 《Analog integrated circuits design》written by Allen is a good book.
It can help you.
 

yes, Allen's Book will give you a bright approach to measure the characteristics of opamp available from Chapter 6
