What do I need to get a job as a DSP engineer? Any specific books to read? Any courses, Masters or whatever?

And how much does a DSP engineer earn by average? (in Europe)

Gr8 ! Question dude !

With the present scenerio in Industry - u may land into DSP stuff either by being a Communication Engineer or by being a VLSI engineer. These r the two files which drive & improve DSP tech.

The perks may vary frm 5k $ to 100k $

Are there any schools where i can take a post graduation course on DSP engineering that can lead me to get a job in DSP sooner?

i also want to start working on DSPs So plz guide me where to start from &which books to follow now. which mathematical topics one must be sound at.thanxxx

Most important is u must be very good in dsp basics.
Be very good in atleast one of the matlab toolbox.
