Information on transformer that changes unbalanced video

video and twisted pair

To transmit video over twisted pair I need a transformer which will change 75Ω unbalanced video to balanced signal.
Anyone has information about video transformer: materials (ferrite type) and winding diagram.

The easiest way to transform signal from unbalanced 75Ω to balanced 100Ω (UTP) is to implement "balun" configuration .. see picture below ..
To cover the whole video band (20Hz-6MHz) the most suitable core will be RM type ..

Alternatively you can get pre-wind video baluns from:

.. and I think this will be cheaper option than to try to get cores, experiment with number of turns , .. etc. etc.

Thanks a lot.
I need to connect 2 twisted pairs so as you suggested I will buy 4 video baluns.
