Hi, Can anyone tell me of a good (introductory) primer for maxwells equations:?:

Thanks for the link Ian. That's a nice series of PDF's on Maxwell's equations. You can change the 1 in the link to 2 through 6 and get all 6 chapters in Mr. Dash's minibook.

you may also consider the elementry electromagnetic books, such as chang's book in this regard
