ca3140 spice model

Does anyone know where I can obtain a SPICE model for the CA3131 or CA3140 op amps?

I have looked at the Intersil site, but I cannot find a SPICE model for these on it. They have data sheets for them but no SPICE models for them, even though they do have models for other ICs in their range.

Any advice will be appreciated

failing this it is easy <VERY> to make your own for this type of chip
just modify an existing similar type like
