How to simulate CMRR & PSRR in Hspice ?

if anyone has a template netlist for the simulation then it would be very helpful.

hspice cmrr 측정

for PSRR, connect the opamp in unity gain configuration.provide analog groung at i/p.provide ac analysis on vdd.trace the o/p in log domain.this will give you the negative of PSRR.for more details refer to allen hollberg book.

for CMRR,short the i/p with proper i/p offset voltage at either of the i/p such that shorting the i/p and providing analog ground at i/p give analog ground at the o/p.now give ac analysis to the i/p.trace the o/p.it will give you common mode gain.if you are already haiving differential gai.then
CMRR=(differential gain)/(common mode gain).for more details refer to allen hollberg book.
