Hello everyone;
A question:

Can any modulation be implemented by a quadrature modulator?
Please advise me any book/paper/article/website.

I think you cannot implement FM/FSK modulation using a quadrature modulator.

An IQ modulator can create AM, FM, PM, and derivates of these.

Any modulation can be expressed mathematically by an I/Q modulation, so any kind of modulation can be implemented by an I/Q modulator.
