Anyone have an idea for 0.18um CMOS technology, how large for the power supply should I use to do the simulation?
I am trying to design a CMOS flip flop for (1) lowest power and (2) highest speed case. Anyone know what kind of flip flop circuit form should I use for each case? and what should I pay attention to for each design?

there are many kinds of structures for D filip-flop
such as TSPC, HLFF,C2MOS, SDEF, NANDNOR, TGMS.
normally the power of TSPC is most small, and the SDFF is the most fast.
but the best method is simulation with spice by youself for all kinds of structures, because the result maybe different in different technology
for 018, the supply voltage is 1.8V normally
