verilog block diagram

i downloaded visual elite ver 3.8.4 site.

i intend to use it for personal use only, but i dont have a clue how to use it (i have win xp).

i just need a verilog translation to block, i dont need aditional features.

do i need a license or is it free to personal use?

how do i make this verilog to block translation, step by step?

should i be online during installation or offline is ok too?

thanks
