Learning about Analog layout

In a flash memory, how much I can learn about analog layout? I'm not familiar with flash design. Is there any opinion?

I dont really know flash memory too..but if it's a flash ADC then it will use many comparator...

Well caomparator is an Op-Amp and that is a good start

actually in order to learn analog layout why do you want to learn directly layout in flash memory.
do you want to learn flas memory or analog layout
do u have any idea about layout
 
Analog layout

as a start, u can learn the many technology of layout. and when start to analog layout, u can have some new idea about analog.
