Trying to plot Shaeffer's graphs from "A 1.5V, 1.5GHz L

I'm interested in plotting fig 9, 10 and 11 from "A 1.5V, 1.5GHz LNA" in matlab, but got some confused.
For example, for fig.10 NF-vs-QL, I take in account (Po/PD)*p² as QL from one term of eqn (47) and then substitute P(p,PD) in (40), but in this way I got a lineal equation instead of a curve.
Other try I did for plotting F is with eqn (31), but when replacing X (28) in F (31), a lineal response is gotten because the term QL² is divided by QL.
Am I being wrong with these procedures?

hi, i'm sorry your question isn't clear. i'm not getting where the figures you are refering to are. are you refering to Shaeffer's book on DSp?
