Hi

if I need ~10 MHz up to 1GHz small signal amplifier

50Ohm matching, gain ~15dB.... what's chiper solution?

any MW bipolar transistor from Infineon, Phillips or Renesas with feedback wil be good for really cheapest solution (~35c BOM)
and Amps from Infineon and Phillips you can get for about 50-60 cents.

use MMIC they have wide band and input z = output z = 50Ω you can cascade
them
