hi
i need an advice on choosing microcontroller with integreated rf tranceiver to use it in wireless sensor network
so what do you recommand and why
 

both AVR AT90S8515 and AT90S8535 dont have an integrated rf transceiver ???
 

for wireless sensor network I recommend you NRF series fropm nordic.
w*w.nvlsi.com (the nRF9E series work 250m with helix antenna)

the best choice for a sensor network is nRF24AP (with PAN protocol included...)

the nRF24AP is just rf transceiver you need mcu with it

for ATAM862-8 it is a microcontrller with integrated transmitter not transceiver

go to www.nvlsi.no u can find good keil compatiable rf devices (easily programmable ). nrf9e5 is very much suitable for these applications these are from nordic and cost is less than chipcon
