IC design companies around Boston area ?

I know there are some big names such as Analog Device, Maxim (?) around Boston. Can you tell me other companies doing analog or RF IC design around this area?

Wow, also big names. Thanks a lot. Do you know other small ic design companies around?
 

Boston is called the 2nd silicon valley after CA. I think there should be many IC companies around.
 

RFMD, Sipex (not sure if they have IC design there), Triquint.

I will try to think of more.

I knew National Semiconductor is in Salem, NH.
