Can any one give an idea or for current comparator circuit.

Current comparator

Can you elaborate? Current comparator meaning a comparator using current mode, or current comparator such as 1A current limit on a DC-DC converter?

Current comparator

change the current to a voltage.

Re: Current comparator

I want to compare two currents, and on the base of it to make signal for the digital part of the chip.

Current comparator

The current comparator should be based on current mirror.

If you mirror Ia by a PMOS into node Out, and mirror Ib by a NMOS into node out, you actually get a summing node: Ia-Ib.

Since out is a high impedance node, any slight current difference will result in a digital 1 or 0.
