which CAD is best for modelling?

hi all !
i 've have project on modelling and construction . plz tell me which CAD is best for doing this wokr . My techer recommended Pspise for constructing and PCAD for routing PCB .

If you're doing the MOSFET or BJT modeling job, you may try the IC-CAP from Agilent...
