I think that learning a microwave analysis and design software may help you in your work.

Hi:

if you are going to design it with a soft ware I suggest you to work with ADS software and if you are going to learn more about it's design principles you can find the best design formula briefly in " antenna theory and design , by Balanis " or with more explainment in "Microstrip antenna design , from Artech house " and so on.

there are enough books that you can refer to for solving your problem such as Pozar's Microwave Engineering
