Hi Guys:

I would appreciate if you could direct me to any materials on the conversion of S parameter to Z parameter. Thanks in advance

Here is a MATLAB routine I created to convert any 2 port parameter to any other.

s parameters conversion

if you are using @DS .... then simply use the equation: Z=stoz(S)
 

s-parameter z-parameter

I know you can use Matlab, there is a RF Toolbox in Matlab and can simulate combine with Verilog-A
