gbdso

Hello!

I'm trying to build the GBDSO (gameboy oscilloscope). For this reason I need the Motorola MC33182D, which is obsolete.

The datasheet can be found at:

www.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/MOTOROLA/MC33182.html

Is there any other chip with the same specifications? I have no experience in solving such problems.

Regards,

Basique.

As far as I remember the MC33182 is like the TL082 from TI
but with a bit less noise.
The MC33172 series can be foud at hxxp:\www.onsemi.com
and it is compatible with TL072 series.

I don't know your requirements and where it is used in your application
but the TL082 are standard components. Further more the GBDSO does not sound like a high performance application, so give it a try.

TLE2082A from TI is a suitable device for your application.

best dual op amp

The Mc33182 was (unfortunalely) one of the "best in its class" opamp for speed, low power consumption ,offset and many other interesting secondary carachteristic.
At now no direct replacement but only compromize.
One other alternative is the LF412 also available in SMD package. But the power supply drain is much much more.

Thanks everyone!

Because I really had no idea which chip to choose, I asked TeeSee, who recently build the GBDSO.

He recommended the TLE2062. Because his device is working, I decided to try this one.

If everything works, I will post again.
