Dear All,
I am student of Masters . I am doing a project on slot feed aperture coupled antenna at 2 GHz. I want to to get the maximum knowledge about the aperture coupled antenna . I am beginner any body can help me ? How can i measure the length and width of slot and position. I will use ensemble because it is avaliable in my university . How can the I measure the input impedence of slot and patch .
Sir I have seen some messeges regarding this the paper of aperture Pozar I have read it I need some more useful paper with calculations .
Kindly help me please

I don't know AnSoft Ensemble very well. Under AnSoft Designer, the misure of the

impedence is easy and You can also determine automatically the position of the

slots to have the maximum coupling / radiation. About theory aspects of slots, try

to study on the Collins' Book (who secure You know!!!).

Try this paper:
"Optimum Design of an Aperture-Coupled Microstrip Patch Antenna" by Ho Yong Jang, Jeong Hee Kim and Jeong Phill Kim
You will need a PDF version that can read Korean language in order to see the figurs labels.

Dear Sir,
Is this paper is IEEE . I was trying to search on IEEE web site but havn't find them can you please give me reference of this paper as well . So that i will try to find this paper.
