That looks like a triac without gate drawn in, its a power control device.

You can do a search by model number. This is in the add library window. Add all of the discrete component libraries and then do the search.

I agree wih NTFS i think it's triac and u should search the device numer,if u can't find it u can post the device number and then i will search about it and if i find it i will post the library it contain
