I’m working on an electronically steerable antenna array project and need a PIN diode that performs well at 2.4 GHz. Specifically, I’m designing a DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) switch to control signal routing in my array.

Key requirements:

  • Operates efficiently at 2.4 GHz
  • Low insertion loss
  • High isolation
  • Suitable for switching RF signals
  • We have a budget of $250
  • Not INSANELY tiny also
If anyone has experience with a reliable PIN diode for this application, I’d love to hear your recommendations! Also, if you’ve worked on similar RF switching projects, I’d appreciate any insights you might have.

Thanks in advance! Looking forward to your suggestions.
