Analysis and Clarification on the IC Layout Structure of PA

I would like to inquire about the type of circuit structure this is. It is located at the very front of the PA(26GHz), and I suspect it might be a stabilization circuit or a Pi-network (though I'm not entirely sure). If you have the experience and time, I would greatly appreciate it if you could help sketch out its schematic (I'm not yet very familiar with IC layouts).

Sounds like it could be an input matching network or a stabilization circuit to prevent oscillations at 26GHz. If it's at the PA front end, it might be a Pi-network or a series-shunt matching circuit.

There are 2 supply lines. One of them is for Drain, the other is for Source.
So, this should be a Driver Transistor.

Thank you for your response. I also believe it's a stabilizing circuit to prevent oscillations. However, I'm quite puzzled by this structure because there is a lead in the middle that is grounded, so I'm very curious about its circuit configuration.

Thank you for your reply, but I don't think it's a transistor. The circuit behind it might be the transistor.
