about ALL Digital Delay Line

I made an all-digital delay line (only use the inverters).
But in the PTV condition, the delay of slow condition is three times of the fast condition.
I want some advice. Thank you!
 

Yes. The simple inverter delay chain is various time in different corner. If you want accurate timing, you must desgin DLL.
