Hello Everyone.
In my nonlinearity analysis, I need to simulate and get the 1st and 2nd derivatives of the transistor transconductance. However, the DC simulation of Cadence gives only the transconductance.
Does anybody have experience with this simulation?

Gozalpour

Sweep VGS and use the function "deriv" from the calculator on gm to get its 1st derivative. Use "deriv" again on the result to get the 2nd derivative.
