How to drive 2 or more device at high speed cmos/ttl 3.3V ?

Hi ,
I want to drive more devices , but many logic buffer speed is about 5ns
My source speed is 3.3V 160MHz

Could you suggest me any advise ?

Use LVDS or CPL technologi from MAXIM or NS

I don't think you have a problem there. 160MHz is a "turtle speed", well, maybe not exactly, but the 3.3V logic should cope with this frequency comfortably..
If you think you need it, just use addiional 3.3V gate as a buffer..
