i want to simulate a MOS gilbert mixer in orcad
the problem is that i cant find a complete circuit .
i mean the basic gilbert mixer with all the biasing and the input output matching
does anyone have a complete circuit???

There is a minor error in the fig. 18, omitting a wire to make M7 as diode connection.

thank you
thats very good
if anyone has another one please post it
