I wanted to design LNA with high gain, low NF and high linearity, which transistor I need to choose. Which one I have to choose HBT, HEMT, CMOS, BJT. Can you guide me, which is best transistor to obtain my desired parameters in the KU Band (12 - 18 GHz).

You don't have too much choice..

high gain, low NF and high linearity, ...... (12 - 18 GHz).
+ how many gain you wanna achieve for your sys ?
+ NF ?
+ How about your IIP3, P1dB ?
If you can list out the above bullet points, it s easy to specify process n propose a suitable structure/
Have fun
