Recently obtained this for its great peak current handling but nothing about secondary inductance.

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/pnx-d3070

Code:
Primary Resistance: 0.350 ohms
Secondary Resistance: 8.30K ohms
Inductance (Primary): 2.80 mH
Turns Ratio: 85:1
Peak Current: 7.9 amps
Spark Duration: 1.5 mS

Going to determine its parasitic capacitance with ordinary phase relations for yielding some accuracy to simulation with this transformer. However not sure whether supplied data is sufficient for secondary inductance. Perhaps an estimate can be given since its value isn't likely in range of LCR meter it being too large to measure.

Available data is enough to calculate secondary inductance

Primary inductance: 2.8mH
Turns ratio: 85:1
Consider Primary 1 turns and Secondary 85 turns
AL Value : 2.8mH/1^2=2.8mH
Secondary inductance : 2.8*85^2 =20230mH

Hope it will help you

Secondary has an enormous reactance to its rated 1.5mS period yielding ~4190R.

However is that impedance only applicable to sustained oscillations or is impulse current at its rated period also impeded?

Really you should describe the turns ratio as 1:85 i.e. pri to sec ... the sec L is the turns ratio squared times the pri L
