I have a PWM 50hz on CLowSide
I want to turn on MOSFET 2 after than Mosfet 1 turn off, and Turn Off Mosfet 2 before than Mosfet 1 turn on
Is the following schematic correct?
Are they overlapping?
Here are 2 options for you to implement the dead time generation.
Option 1:
4 passive components + 1 logic gate IC = 5 components
Drawback: about 8ns (if SNx4HC02 used) of propagation delay due to the buffering of the NOR gates.
Option 2:
4 passive components + 2 diodes + 1 logic gate IC = 7 components
Advantage: no propagation delay (assuming ultra fast diode)
Drawback: more components
