I have used MCB rated at 220V 6Amp
when the current reaches more than 6amp at short circuit the mcb trip switch off.
but i want to know how to design a short circuit of voltage at few mili amps it should off the power supply how to achieve this?

Sounds like a GFI fault switch. They trip with a small unbalance current.

You mentioned shorted voltage. That would also be a high current,so you can use a current sensor to trigger a relay.
