5x7 display

I need help in displaying scrolling text in 7-5x7 led displays using PIC16f84a or PIC16f877. Does anybody has an algo for it?? Or sample program +schematics? Please. I really really need help. I've been working for weeks now but I just couldn't get the right technique.

I think you have to be more specific ...

Do you have 7 displays or 7 chars on one display ??

Is character scrolling ok , or is it graphicsl scrolling ??

What lcd controller is used ???

I've been through that but I actually can't understand coz most are for atmel and the sites posted there have no hardware schematics so I can't understand. If someone can explain it I'll be very thankful!

Check the website of world of electronics, it is 8051 but it is the simplest.
