[General] EMAIL by GSM Modem SIM 800/900

Namste All,

I am getting problem by sending EMAIL by using SIM800 GSM Modem.
Below are my commands with error details.

AT
OK

AT+SAPBR=3,1,"CONTYPE","GPRS"
OK

AT+SAPBR=3,1,"APN","www"
OK

AT+SAPBR=3,1,"USER","desgin"
OK

AT+SAPBR=3,1,"PWD","abcd"
OK

AT+SAPBR=1,1
OK

AT+SAPBR=2,1
+SAPBR: 1,1,"10.176.62.185
OK


AT+EMAILCID=1
OK

AT+EMAILTO=30
OK

AT+SMTPSRV="smtp.mail.yahoo.com",25
OK

AT+SMTPAUTH=1,"xxxxx@yahoo.com","xxxxxx"
OK

AT+SMTPFROM="xxxxxx@yahoo.com","desgin"
OK

AT+SMTPRCPT=0,0,"xxxxx@gmail.com","design"
OK

AT+SMTPSUB="Test"
OK

AT+SMTPBODY
ERROR

Here, I am unable to send my mail. I am using Vodafone Prepaid SIM card.
Please can anybody help me on this.

hi which controller you are using.

Thanks for quick rely "ud23"

I followed as per datasheet for SIM8000 GSM Modem
But still at last during AT + SMTPBODY = 19, after DOWNLOAD nothing is coming.

Now what to do ?

Modem is waiting for your text input (19 characters long).

Ya now i given

AT +SMTPBODY = 19

Once i am giving this command, it gives DOWNLOAD as response after that nothing is coming.
I don't understand what to do now ?
Please help me out.

I tried as you said,
Now, After Transmitting (Send) AT + SMTPBODY = 5
i am getting, DOWNLOAD as a response

And then i just send new12
and then given AT command, AT + SMTPSEND <CR>
i am getting,
OK<CR><LF>
<CR><LF>
+SMTPSEND: 61<CR><LF>

Instead of +SMTPSEND: 1, So where is the mistake ?
I checked my email also, nothing is send / receive.

you sending blank mail so receiving blank data.

after AT+SMTPBODY=19
U GET DOWNLOAD
THIS IS TEST MAIL(UR MSG)

For SIM800, commands are different
I checked Datasheet of sim800, i am following that but result not achieved :-(
 
did u achieve it?
i have the same problem and i am looking for a solution so if u have one please let me know (thanks)
