If an electron pass through a potential of 1 volt then its potential energy and kinetic energy will decrease by a 1 ev.

Please explain how this statement corect

Do you mean if the statement is correct? It depends on whether the electron is opposing the force from the field or going with the flow. The work/energy difference of one electron moving through 1 volt difference is one electron volt.

it will either increase or decrease by 1 e.v. in total depending on directional components.
