Hi,

I'm looking for a PERL compiler (a freeware) to learn and practice in perl scripting.

Anyone knows any weblink of perl compiler for window XP.

look for cygwin . it has lot of compiers including PERL

Perl is a free language and ActivePerl is the best compiler for windows. You can download it for free.

if you are looking for a 'compiler' which will pack your script to an standalone executable, perl2exe is a good choice
