I mean that you posted for IGBT drive(the second one).

You didn`t tell me if the 4N25 can be usd for IGBT isolation

Dear abc_de,On my disposal I have 4N25 and P817 only,can those play a role of isolating the IGBT,please let me know and let share the schematics.I also have the MOSFET/IGBT driver IR2109
 

hello
according to me 4n25 and pc817 are ordinary optocoupler. may works but i will suggest to you use HCPL2631 OR HCPL4504 which are high speed and have more features.
yes the driver circuit for IR2109 will be same except it require only 1 pwm input and produce complementary output by internal circuit including dead time.

With PIC18F46K22 I was posting it generates only 3PWM I think they are enough for driving the motor with IR2109 drivers,could you please help me to insert the 4N25?Those other opto-coupler I can`t find them here.

can MOC3020 or 4N33 be used for IGBT isolating they are the ones I can get only.

moc3020 not at all
4N33 too slow

4N25 in case of need. collector resistor must be low (100 - 300 ohm) for acceptable switching speed. comparator needed to convert the output signal to full logic level.

Preferably a fast logic optocoupler would be used.
 

Hell FvM,which collector resistor are you talking?Are you meaning that on the collector(pin5)of 4N25 I have to place such value of resistor(100-300)?

yes of course 4N25 opto is not able my suggestion hcpl4504.
in application circuit i have not mention opto coupler circuit just follow application circuit suggested in data sheet of HCPL4504 and use low value resistor not more then 1kE and decoupling capacitor on isolated side of opto coupler.

only 3 pwm are sufficient to drive IR2109 driver where IR2109 generate complimentary signal by it self.
 

Dear abc_de,on my disposal I have 4N25,4N33,MOC3020,ICL7667,HV4001,which one among those I can use for this isolation task,to order any other type it takes one month as I can find here in my country nor nearby.!!Where can I find the codes you used for your design?

for your purpose you can use ICL7667 opto coupler it do not require any external part.
i have not post my code on any web page.

Could you advise on my second project,I am interfacing a TRIAC to PIC16F73 through 4N25 and MOC3020 but the bulb is not lighting at all,I don`t know the reason and I followed Tahmid blog.Me I want to use a potentiometer so the Analog value read be used as a delay for setting the firing angle but for starting I used a delay as Tahmid did https://tahmidmc.blogspot.com/2013/06/power-control-with-thyristor-phase.html and used a bulb as load but it doesn`t light anymore.refer to the circuit and codes I posted.

In simulation with proteus also I don`t get the result,please could you advise also on how I may proceed?
