relation between microstrip line and board thickness

I want to know the relationship between minimum microstrip line thickness and board(ro4350) thickness based on amplifier power?formula!

Amplifier power has nothing to do with it.

Once my teacher told me there is a software in Rogers website when you give it some parameters it gives you others.but now I can't find the software.��
