Dear All,

i am Designing a DC-DC CONVERTER for the UPS Application.

1) Input :480V PFC Bus/8 Amp

2) Output:48V/50 Amp

3) Efficiency:95%

4) Less component Count.

The converter should be off Inverter Type.

Suggestion advice & Web links of innovative idea & magnetic Help pls

Yes, as Velkarn says the Phase shift full bridge converter sounds good, eg, as in this post spoken of by Easy Peasy

And yes the LLC , good app notes are AN-4151 by fairchildsemi, and also the Infineon app notes on LLC converters.
For your high current, if you are using circular section enamelled copper wire, you will find you can arrange it with less txfmr winding losses if you use a section wound split bobbin.
Do your transformer first, then see what intrinsic leakage inductance you get, then remember that your overall leakage term will be the intrinsic one plus any external "leakage" inductance that you add in.
