Sorry, don't know name of sensor, but think you may mean: such as in DMMs that have "VoltSense" (no touch sensing, not measuring, just detecting voltage or no voltage)? I don't know, I just point the DMM at the plug, etc. and it lights up an LED when it detects voltage.
You'd have to search for DMMs with that feature to see what the sensor is, or browse semiconductor and sensor manufacturer webs to track one down, maybe telco/network devices would be a clue (the hand-held thing to trace a line amongst hundreds and/or a fault).
I want measure the voltage with out any wound coil system..so mini transformer or voltage divider is not suitable..Just like current sensor miniature model .
so far i have no idea...so that iam searching any idea for measure the voltage up to 440...with sensor ..so it is more easy to develop a miniature device
Just had a look, using the search terms "voltage sensor" and "remote voltage sensor" and can't seem to find any "hands off" voltage sensors, they were all wired devices. You could try searching for "non-contact voltage sensing/measurement."

Non-contact sensors work by detecting the electrostatic field around the conductor. You need a high impedance probe, amplifier and rectifier to convert it to a measurable voltage. Unless you can guarantee the distance from the conductor, the properties of any insulator around it and a constant environment, you will get inconsistent results. For example, the humidity level and proximity to other wires will change the measurements. If you only want an indication of whether voltage is present or not, it will work OK, if you need to know exactly what the voltage is, you need a predictable environment or an invasive connection to the wire.
ok i understand the things..but with Hall effect system is it possible..The current censor works in Hall effect system. Contacting with the high voltage is not a question..but with out magnetic wired system i expect..Thanks for your reply
Hall effect devices work by sensing the magnetic field, not the electrostatic field. The magnetic field will only exist and will be proportional to the current flowing through the wire, not the voltage on it. They can measure current but not voltage!
