how to add schottky diode hsms 8202 in ads component library

hi i just start to design rectifier circuit and it need a schottky diode but when i check my component library it was no there. now how i found that.and also missing high frqunecies diode.
and it is possible we made the same diode from the lumped components.
 

you can download diode's SPICE model from producers website then import into ADS

I need to download the library for HSMS 2850 Diode schottky but I did not find any link on the Internet. I am using ADS 2011. Could you tell me more detail about how to import diode's SPICE model?
 

go for vendor high frequency diode, update from your library
 
Now I got it. It is not difficult. In the direction C:\Agilent\ADS2011_01\oalibs. ADS supports lots of libraries for simulating and drawing schematic. Just import that library that you want to use.
