what PCB we should use in frequency 150Mhz untill 200 Mhz ?

hi my friend, i have question,what PCB we should use in frequency 150 till 200 Mhz;
in 400Mhz too;
 

I am assuming the question is regarding PCB material. If there are no hi-temp requirements then standard FR4 will do for those frequency.
