RF layout uses inductors, while common analog does not.
10-40GHz and beyond layouts have quite a specific routing sometimes.
For less than 10GHz I'd say there is no major differences between RF and analog.
for RF layout, you must concern about the dielectrical constant of the board, but not needed for analog design. and many thing else: impendence match, distributing capacitor, delaying, strip line... In RF designing, a track is not only a track, but a group of inductors and capacitors..

Anyway, I got to the conclusion that anyone who experience with multigigahertz analog designs will will be able to handle RF layout easiely. or not...
