someone please suggest a power management ic with flyback topology with
input voltage maximum- 60V
current output - at least 2.5amps
 

LT3758 is a good one that linear suggested to me a while back. I've used it for 50V in to 5.3V @ 15W.
 
how to manage load current variations in the secondary windings?
 

Are you on about the secondary bias supply?
