Hi,

1) Can any one can emphasize on how quickly draw the layouts by referring the schematic. Only Eulers path is the better method ?

2) How to estimate Power bus width

3) How to self learn on skill scripting as its very useful for standard cell layouts(Good material)

--> most of the standard cells are "already" designed in one technology...using that the new ones are done in any technology. there are programs to do that. a small number of cells are optimized using hand. the DRC clean up is done manually not the actually layout.
--> Power bus width depends on intended application(speed wise)....9Track, 12Track are used. Power bus depends on the voltage of the final design and speed.
--> skill is used for simple scripts for manipulating layouts but overall layout is not done using skill

Start with any tutorial on Perl or Python. Better buy a book and solve the exercises given there.
Remember that it is an inherent nature of scripting language that if you are out of touch with it for a certain period of time you'll tend to forget certain things about it easily.
