Dear Friends,
How to draw Jumper or no connection from one place to another place as shown in screen shot below red rings using PROTEUS 7 PROFESSIONAL.
Can you help me.

Simply draw one connection over the other, if there is no explicit node formed, there is no connection.

I agree with you, but if we draw semi cirle like symbol as I shown in the screen shot of posting #1 to crossing one line on the other without connection of it, it looks nice.
How to draw semi circle like symbol, when one line crossing on the other without any connection using PROTEUS 7 Professional.
 

It is not necessary unless you configure the arrangement of your circuit. Proteus is built upon intelligent schematic capture component part. All lines will show as crossing but will only show a dot at connection points (nodes).
They use to have some environment settings in the user preference area that allows you to show the display mode when lines cross. I will advice you check those settings. Hope this helps.

Some can suggest me, which environment setting is used to get the crossing lines as appear in the screen shot of posting #1.
