Components for Altium or Eagle

Hello,

I am designing a power supply in Altium but I am having hard time to find components in Altium. I am looking for a capacitor, Murata, Series X5R, 3.3uF. I have downloaded the Altium Library from Altiums website but this capacitor I am looking for is not there. Then I tried the same thing with Eagle without any luck.

Anybody happens to know good websites for Altium/Eagle libraries, where one can find passive and active components by searching manufacturer.

PS: The same thing is about connectors. I happen to need this particular connector (sm12b-srss-tb). Please check the attached picture.

OMG I am amazed.
A capacitor has 2 pins on it and a box drawn around it!

It's so simple, Hit F1 in Altium and read the help, read the documents with it and learn how to make your own symbols, components and parts in your tool.
once you learn just the basics then you can make your own parts.

Or get the footprint wizard lite from pcblibraries.com and make your components for free.

Thanks I know how to create libraries but it is faster to have ready-mate libraries, then one can concentrate in other stuff in the project.

PS: I would like to add something which is not really related to this topic at all! I wanna give you an advise. I think you should delete the signature of yours. You kind of sound like a d**k there! Peace!

My signature is because of the number of people that ask stupid questions that they could have answered in a few seconds had they bothered to use a search engine and because I do not discuss CAD topics in PM, if I help someone then others should also benefit from that help.

The time it would have taken you to make a capacitor would have been less than it takes you to come on here and ask about it in the first place, doing so was just lazy.

If it's not correct then adjust it to fit, it likely may not be 100% correct as it's my first attempt at an Altium part using the Library Expert tool, took me less time than it took to compose this reply.
You can do the cap yourself, using the footprint wizard I mentioned it should take you less than 2 minutes.

And pcblibraries.com's POD is cheaper than symbolbox.

For passives and connectors you may want to take a look to the Würth Electronics website, they have extensive libraries for Altium for all their connectors, switches, capacitors, inductors etc.
