Hello Electronics Enthusiasts!

Please help find this component's replacement.
6676.jpg

I want to replace this HIGH VOLTAGE FAST-SWITCHING NPN POWER TRANSISTOR with a component that is easy to find in the market.

Thanks in advance,

deJong

Where you are going to use? What is the actual operating voltage & current rating of the device in field.

this is used as a switching transistor in an SMPS unit. actual operating voltages around +-100-180V.

Which of the 3 transistors in the table do you want to replace?

2N6676. I've seen some replacements but rating is too high. 2 times or more from its original rating is too high
